Sara comes to the Innovation Academy from a career in business. She worked for over a decade at Google, holding roles in Business Operations, Project Management and latterly Learning & Development Management.  In her early career working on product training, she discovered her passion for teaching and training others. She has designed and delivered award winning training programs, and been recognised as one of Google’s best trainers.

Sara is passionate about enabling individuals and businesses to succeed in the 21st century. She set up her own L&D company in 2023, focusing on delivering workshops supporting organisations transitioning to work more sustainably. She is a green belt facilitator of the Climate Fresk and a fellow of the climate change organisation Terra.do. Sara is passionate about the need for impactful, action-orientated climate and sustainability education. She holds post-graduate diplomas in Project Management, Technology Enhanced Learning, as well as being a past student of the IA’s diplomas in Education and Innovation in Sustainability.
