Why I joined the UCD Innovation Academy…

After 18 years of running my own businesses and being my own boss, I didn’t think I would ever enter a job working for someone else. However, joining the UCD Innovation Academy was a no brainer for me. UCD Innovation Academy embraces uniqueness and supports its staff to be creative and innovate in how we work. Having the opportunity to facilitate others and guide them through the experiences that I had as a student here is a dream come through. I can honestly say I love my job here.
